Magnorus shows merchants profit, revenue, and related analytics from their Shopify store. Insights are estimates based on orders, product costs, and expenses you enter. They are not accounting, tax, or legal advice.
You must have authority to install the app on the Shopify store you connect. You are responsible for activity on your Magnorus account and for keeping login details secure.
The app runs on Shopify's platform and requires the API permissions listed during install. Shopify's terms also apply to your store. If you uninstall Magnorus, Shopify will notify us and we will delete that shop's stored credentials and analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another merchant's data, reverse engineer the app except where the law allows, or use Magnorus to violate Shopify's or applicable law.
We aim to keep Magnorus available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Shopify API limits, store permissions, or missing cost data can affect reports.
Starter and Growth include a 14-day free trial after you connect. Magnorus is billed through Shopify when you approve a plan in the app. Starter is $29 every 30 days or $290 yearly, Growth is $49 every 30 days or $490 yearly, and Agency is $199 every 30 days or $1,990 yearly. Changing plans does not restart the trial. You can cancel the Shopify subscription at any time. This website does not collect payment.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Magnorus is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if the app was free).
You can uninstall the app or close your account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are violated or if required to protect merchants or the service.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised terms.
